Voluntary donations
EuroTrainTracker (operated by GiovanniGiacalone) is free to use. Contributions made through the support section are voluntary donations: they do not purchase goods or services and do not unlock additional features.
Refunds
Even though donations are voluntary, we want you to feel comfortable supporting the project. If you made a donation by mistake or change your mind, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the donation date. Contact us via the feedback page, including the email address used at checkout and the approximate date and amount, and we will process the refund through our payment provider, Stripe.
Monthly donations
You can cancel a monthly donation at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that. To cancel, contact us via the feedback page with the email address used at checkout. Amounts already charged can be refunded within the 30-day window described above.
